The award-winning Master Coach reveals a step-by-step process to help high achievers silence self-doubt for good.

The most accomplished people in the room are often the ones quietly convinced they do not belong there. Josselyne Herman-Saccio has watched this pattern repeat itself for years. Executives, founders, and creatives with impressive résumés would sit across from her, haunted by the same whisper: "What if they find out I am not good enough?" That whisper has a name. It is called imposter syndrome, and Josselyne built an entire process to help people move through it.

As founder of The Art of Being Unmessablewith and a recipient of the 2025 Evergreen Award for Best Coach For Founders and Entrepreneurs, Josselyne has made it her mission to help leaders transform the way they see themselves. Her approach is not about changing your circumstances. It is about creating a new  relationship to them.

The Origin of a Movement

Josselyne did not set out to study self-doubt. She set out to help people become, in her words, "unmessablewith." That means grounded, confident, and unshakable in fulfilling their vision regardless of what life throws at them. Yet the deeper she went into coaching high performers, the more she noticed a common obstacle standing between her clients and their potential.

"In my work with people, I started to notice that many of them were dealing with imposter syndrome and needed a way through it," she explains. So she created one. Inside her Unmessablewith Coaching System, she developed what she calls The Formulation Process, a repeatable method that empowers people to transcend imposter syndrome rather than simply manage it.

The distinction matters. Most advice tells you to "fake it until you make it." Josselyne rejects that. Her work is about recognizing what is already true about you, then learning to perceive and embody it clearly.

Inside The Formulation Process

The Formulation Process unfolds in five deliberate steps, and each one builds on the last.

It begins with an Accomplishment Inventory. Josselyne asks clients to reflect on everything they have achieved, both personal and professional. The milestones. The challenges conquered. The quiet impact made along the way. This step sets the foundation for everything that follows, because you cannot overcome self-doubt without first acknowledging the facts of your record.

Next comes the discipline of quantifying your achievements. Here, clients put real metrics to their work. How many lives has your work touched? How many projects have you completed? How many places have you explored? Numbers create tangible evidence, and evidence grounds a shaky sense of self in something solid.

The third step invites a shift in perspective. Josselyne asks clients to craft their ideal introduction, imagining how someone else might enthusiastically introduce them. This exercise lets you step out of your own shoes and view yourself through a generous, accurate lens. It highlights strengths that self-criticism tends to hide.

Then the process becomes physical. Clients record their self-introduction as an audio file. This recording becomes a tool to revisit whenever doubt creeps back in. As Josselyne notes, you can even have someone else record it, so you hear the reality of your value and accomplishments spoken in another voice. It becomes a personal cheerleader on demand.

The final step is the one most people want to skip: consistent actionand discipline. Josselyne is honest that this is not a quick fix. "Just like building a muscle, it requires consistent action and discipline," she says. The way you perceive yourself was shaped over years by outside influences and expectations. Reshaping it takes intention and practice.

Why Her Clients Keep Coming Back

What makes Josselyne different is not a single technique. It is the depth of experience she brings to every conversation, paired with a refusal to let clients settle for small thinking.

Steve Curran, president and creative director of Harvest Creative Services Advertising Agency, has worked with many coaches over the years. Few left a mark like Josselyne. "I've had a number of coaches through the years, but Josselyne is a game changer who takes it to a whole new level," he says. "Having someone with the depth of experience she possesses is priceless. She's got my back, and I'm excited to create what's next."

"I know of no one who cares more about her clients' success and happiness in all aspects of their lives than Josselyne. See how committed she is to you having what you say you want, and not only will you start to believe it, you will achieve it." – Robin Quivers, Media Icon Co-Host The Howard Stern Show

These are not isolated reactions. They reflect a pattern. People who work with Josselyne tend to describe a before and an after.

The Real Shift

The heart of Josselyne's teaching is deceptively simple. Imposter syndrome does not vanish because you accomplish more. If accomplishment alone could cure it, her high-achieving clients would never feel it in the first place. The real shift happens internally.

"It's not about changing your circumstances," she says. "It's about creating a new  yourself within those circumstances." That single idea reframes the entire struggle. You do not need to earn your worth with one more win. You need to see the worth that already exists.

This is why her work resonates with leaders, entrepreneurs, and high performers who have tried everything else. They have the credentials. What they lack is a trustworthy inner voice. Josselyne helps them build one.

Becoming Unmessablewith

The promise behind The Art of Being Unmessablewith is both bold and practical. Imagine walking into any room, any negotiation, or any high-stakes moment without the drag of self-doubt. Imagine hearing your own accomplishments in your own voice and actually believing them. That is the kind of confidence Josselyne helps her clients create, and it does not depend on luck or circumstance.

Her broader programs extend this philosophy. Through her new book The Art of Being Unmessablewith Stop Reacting. Start Creating. As well as her offerings like her Word Bootcamp, which teaches people to harness the power of their word, and her free 5 day Promise Game, she gives people clear, pragmatic entry points into transformation. The Formulation Process is simply one of the tools in a much larger system designed to make lasting change feel achievable.

If imposter syndrome has been quietly running your life, Josselyne offers a different path forward.
