Her journey began with an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, but her drive to make a difference truly accelerated when she began working alongside John C. Maxwell, a global authority on leadership. As a Maxwell Leadership Executive Coach, Erica has led training programs in diverse sectors including government, education, and business, helping leaders tap into their full potential.

As the first Caribbean woman to lead a team on Business Scaling  for the Forbes Coaches Council, Erica has broken barriers while creating impactful programs that focus on leadership development. She has also pioneered the Live2Lead Leadership Conference in the Caribbean, which started during the COVID-19 crisis and attracted over 10,000 global leaders.
