There was a time when Frederic Bonifassy was chasing opportunities the same way many professionals do today.
Fresh out of university, he had a clear goal. He wanted to work for Google. Like countless ambitious graduates, he submitted applications and waited for responses that never seemed to arrive. Rejection after rejection forced him to confront an uncomfortable reality. Following the traditional job application process was not producing the results he wanted.
Rather than giving up, Frederic decided to approach the challenge differently.

He studied its products, researched its business model, analyzed job descriptions, and identified how his own skills aligned with the company’s needs. He then transformed his research into a concise presentation with a short intro video and shared it directly with multiple decision makers through LinkedIn.
The results surprised him.
His presentation generated multiple positive responses and eventually led to interviews with Google, including a fully sponsored visit to Dublin and a series of interviews at the company’s headquarters. Although he was not ultimately selected for the role, the experience revealed a lesson that would shape his future career.

That insight became the foundation for what would eventually become TalentFB.
From Career Chameleon To Career Strategist
Over the past fifteen years, Frederic built a career that looked very different from the traditional corporate path.
He changed jobs more than ten times, worked across industries, and consistently moved into positions with greater responsibility and compensation. While friends and family questioned the frequent career moves, they were equally surprised by his ability to secure new opportunities so consistently.
Through each transition, he gained firsthand experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, hiring processes, and career positioning. Those experiences helped him identify a common challenge faced by professionals at every level.
