Builder Of All Things: Richie Breaux On The Faith-Fueled Blueprint Behind A Multi-Million Luxury Builder In Hawai‘i

by CEO Times Contributor

Richie Breaux, the founder of Builder of All Things, has emerged as a singular voice in the American construction and leadership landscape. With roots in Peoria, Illinois, and a journey that has spanned tragedy, transformation, and entrepreneurial triumph, Breaux’s story reads as both a professional blueprint and a spiritual testimony. His forthcoming book, Builder of All Things, slated for release on June 24, 2025, aims to encapsulate this journey, offering readers a faith-centered approach to business, leadership, and personal growth.

Breaux’s life was indelibly marked at the age of three when a house fire introduced him, as he describes, to the presence of Jesus. This formative experience laid the groundwork for a life characterized by divine encounters and enduring purpose. After relocating between Illinois and California, his family faced another house fire—this time leaving them with nothing. Rather than derail his potential, these early hardships catalyzed Breaux’s path toward resilience. He excelled in athletics, ultimately playing college football, before hearing what he believed to be a divine call to serve. He answered by enlisting in the U.S. Navy, where he was stationed at Pearl Harbor, Hawai‘i.

It was in Hawai‘i that Breaux met Tiffany, his wife of over 17 years. Together, the couple has raised four children and embraced the role of grandparents to 13 grandchildren. Their shared vision became reality in 2012 when they co-founded a residential construction company in Hawai‘i. Despite limited resources, their business grew steadily through disciplined effort and spiritual conviction. This deliberate balance of hustle and faith propelled their enterprise onto the national stage. By 2021, their company had earned a place on the Inc. 5000 list, alongside recognition as one of the Top 50 Construction Companies in the United States.

Breaux’s reputation has expanded well beyond the construction sector. From 2020 to 2024, his leadership was consistently recognized in Hawaii Business magazine’s Top 250 list and featured in The Black Book, a compendium of leading executives in Hawai‘i. In 2021, Kitchen & Bath Business honored him as one of its Persons of the Year. His firm’s craftsmanship reached national headlines again in 2023 when it led the renovation of a $34 million estate in Orange County, which was later purchased by NBA athlete Zach LaVine.

These achievements are undergirded by Breaux’s unwavering belief that business is not separate from belief, but rather an extension of it. Through the Builder of All Things podcast, he has shared this philosophy in episodes such as “The Spotter” and “Minimal gear,” offering listeners a behind-the-scenes view of his approach to leadership, hardship, and transformation. Now, with the release of Builder of All Things, Breaux presents a written manifesto that unites practical entrepreneurship with spiritual alignment.

A focal point of the book is Chapter 5, where Breaux introduces the concept of the “1-5-3 Season.” This term references John 21, a passage in which Jesus instructs the disciples to cast their nets on the opposite side of their boat, resulting in a miraculous catch of 153 fish. For Breaux, the significance lies not merely in the number, but in the process that precedes the breakthrough. He argues that “when diligence—your hustle, discipline, and preparation—is met with obedience—trusting God even when it doesn’t make sense—and those two align with God’s perfect timing, the result is overflow.”

However, he also offers a cautionary note: “God won’t give you a catch too heavy for your net to handle. Favor never bypasses formation. Overflow doesn’t come before you’re ready to steward it.” This balance between effort and readiness encapsulates Breaux’s unique leadership model, one rooted in accountability, stewardship, and the recognition of divine timing.

As an entrepreneur, life coach, and business consultant, Breaux continues to advise others through his consulting work and public speaking engagements. He partners with government agencies to influence industry standards and advocate for more holistic approaches to development and leadership. In 2024, Modern Luxury named him a Modern Man, affirming his role as a leading voice in redefining community impact and spiritual leadership in the modern marketplace.

What sets Builder of All Things apart from comparable platforms and personalities is not just its commercial success, but its underlying message. Breaux does not separate business from belief. While competitors track metrics, Breaux discusses miracles. He leads with transparency, sharing how prayer and spiritual discipline have shaped each milestone in his entrepreneurial journey. According to him, “I’ve never claimed to be the only builder on the job. I always point back to the Builder of All Things—God—as my partner in every blueprint, breakthrough, and setback.”

The upcoming release of Builder of All Things aims to further amplify that message, offering both a compelling personal narrative and a practical guide to faith-driven leadership. For readers seeking more than transactional success, Breaux’s story provides a framework rooted in meaning, discipline, and divine purpose.
