Additionally, Tesla has appointed a new President of Global Operations, who will be tasked with ensuring manufacturing consistency and regional coordination across Tesla’s gigafactories worldwide. The reorganization aims to eliminate silos between departments and foster cross-functional collaboration. Musk emphasized that this structure will accelerate the pace at which Tesla can deliver on its vision for autonomous transport. Notably, he hinted that the highly anticipated Robotaxi prototype could be publicly demonstrated as early as the first quarter of 2025.
