“In 2024, as I approached my 50th birthday, I hit a wall. I was miserable at work and at home. Having lost my mom when she was 58, it was a motivator to determine what was driving my unhappiness and make some big changes, because life is short,” says Greene. “As a result, I left behind my high-stress c-suite role and now focus on helping other leaders, especially women, recover from burnout, as well as assisting organizations in preventing burnout among their workforce.”
