From Book to Platform
Healing from Within began as a wellness guide that blends naturopathy, energy alignment and principles from vibrational medicine. Its foundational insight is that true healing isn’t just physical – it’s emotional, energetic and deeply personal. The guide invites readers to reconnect with their inner strength and cultivate practical steps toward emotional freedom and holistic wellness. Over years of study in quantum biology, mind‑body wellness and natural medicine, the author recognised that many people feel disconnected from their own ability to heal. Healing from Within translates complex wellness concepts into an approachable framework that includes mindfulness practices, emotional mapping techniques and natural wellness tools. Through compassionate guidance and science‑based curiosity, the platform focuses on helping individuals understand how emotional blockages, stress and mindset affect their overall well‑being.
The platform grew out of the book’s success and the growing demand for sustainable self‑care. Clients often describe feeling more grounded and resilient after embracing these principles, reporting improved emotional clarity and renewed motivation. Healing from Within fosters lasting transformation by encouraging small, intentional habits that align mind, body and energy. Rather than offering exaggerated promises, the program emphasises empowerment over dependency, making emotional wellness accessible to everyday people. In essence, Healing from Within helps participants release emotional burdens and reclaim their personal power.
Aligning Wellness with Pageantry and Sisterhood
Pageantry has long been associated with glamour and competition, but the Classic Universe Pageant emphasizes experience, empowerment and personal growth. Hosted at the Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, the next Classic Universe World Finals will be held July 12 – 17, 2026. The competition offers categories for women of different ages and life stages: Contemporary Classic Universe (women at least 30 years old), Ms. Classic Universe (women at least 40), Mrs. Classic Universe (women at least 40 who are married and living with their spouse) and Classic Universe Woman (women 55 and older). Areas of competition include a judges’ interview, an on‑stage question, resort or swim wear and an evening gown segment. Each delegate is interviewed by a panel of judges for approximately five minutes, participates in a short on‑stage question, and presents themselves in resort/swim wear and evening gown segments.
Beyond the score sheets and runways, Classic Universe is celebrated for its sisterhood. Delegates often describe forming lifelong connections and a supportive network of women who celebrate one another’s successes and provide encouragement through challenges. This sense of camaraderie is built into the pageant’s culture and complements the Healing from Within philosophy: when we heal ourselves, we also uplift those around us.
Like Healing from Within, the Classic Universe Pageant celebrates inner strength. Its tagline, “Experience. Embrace. Empower.”, underscores the focus on personal experience, self‑acceptance and empowerment. The scoring breakdown (40 % judges’ interview, 20 % on‑stage question, 20 % resort/swim wear and 20 % evening gown) reflects that poise, articulation and personal mission carry as much weight as outward appearance. This holistic approach aligns naturally with the Healing from Within philosophy of mind‑body‑energy alignment.
Preparing for Las Vegas 2026
As part of my journey, I will be competing in the Classic Universe World Finals in Las Vegas from July 12 – 16 (through July 17). Preparing for a pageant is not just about gowns and interviews, it’s a process of self‑reflection, discipline and growth. Healing from Within has guided my preparation by helping me release limiting beliefs, practice daily mindfulness and align my energy with my goals. As I prepare, I am focusing on holistic wellness: nurturing my body through proper nutrition and movement, balancing my emotions through meditation, and strengthening my mindset to answer judges’ questions with authenticity and grace. By integrating the principles of Healing from Within into pageant preparation, I am demonstrating that true beauty stems from inner peace and personal power.
The Classic Universe World Finals are more than a competition; they are an opportunity to amplify a personal mission. Delegates share their platforms through interviews and public speaking, promoting causes that matter to them. For me, that cause is Healing from Within and the message that emotional healing and holistic wellness are essential to personal transformation. The pageant’s emphasis on experience and empowerment provides a meaningful stage to advocate for wellness practices that anyone can access.
