Santa Monica, California 2026: Purpose-driven outsourcing company Boldr has been ranked in Big Path Capital’s MO-100 Top Impact CEO list for the fourth year in a row, underscoring the company’s ongoing commitment to being a force for good.

The 2026 MO-100 Top Impact ranking celebrates executives who leverage capitalism to create shared prosperity, driving positive impact for all stakeholders through their high-growth companies.

David Sudolsky, Founder and CEO at Boldr, is ranked at number 76 on this year’s list. He says making the MO-100 Top Impact list four years running is an indication of the genuinely positive impact Boldr offers clients and outsourcing teams around the world.

“Since inception, Boldr’s goal has been to create a positive impact in the communities we operate in through our ethical outsourcing practices. Being ranked as the only Customer Experience (CX) BPO on the MO-100 Top Impact CEO list in 2023 and 2026, as well as being the world’s largest B Corp Certified BPO, illustrates that we are succeeding in our mission,” says Sudolsky.

Boldr Chief Revenue Officer Greg Collins says the recognition represents a win for Boldr, its clients, and over 1,500 team members in five countries.

David Sudolsky, Boldr Founder and CEO says the company reinvests its success into its people and the communities where they live and work. “Time and again, that investment has proven to create stronger careers, healthier teams, and better outcomes for our clients which ultimately drives sustained growth for the business,” he adds.

“This recognition reinforces a simple truth for us: when you build a company that supports long-term careers and stable communities, you create a higher standard of service and a more resilient, high-performing organization,” says Sudolsky.

Collins notes: “This is proof that we are a stakeholder-first culture that is working to rethink outsourcing as an industry. We have built a company that is empathetic, high-performing, and focuses on the welfare of team members, which has directly contributed to our growth over the last nine years.

“For many brands, outsourced customer services are often perceived to be just a cost center. They become detached from the human component because of the distance between the organization and the teams that are serving their customers,” says Collins.

“However, our clients recognize that ethical outsourcing is good for business. And they value our ethical outsourcing business model, which is designed to ensure that three Cs thrive – clients, careers, and communities.”

Collins adds: “The fact that we have been both B Corp certified and recognized on the MO-100 list for four consecutive years proves that we consistently deliver on certain metrics around culture, workforce development and everything that makes a company impact driven.

What it means for a CX partner is that when you partner with us, a lot of the risks that come with working with a BPO have been addressed, including poor culture, high attrition or problematic labor practices.”

Boldr is a global living wage champion and supporter of Living Wage Networks and is committed to sustainable career development for its outsource teams. Because of Boldr’s ethical approach, the company has become an employer of choice in the regions it works in, which also offers clients the benefit of access to top talent, with minimal staff churn.

According to Sudolsky many of Boldr’s clients have been with the company since its inception, with much of its growth through client referrals. “Boldr’s success is evidenced by the fact that it has been listed for four consecutive years among the Inc. 5000 fastest growing private companies in the USA,” Sudolsky concludes.
